How Coaching
Works

Until you accept
where you are in the present, you're unable to move forward and make desired
changes in your live. Life coaching is a completely individualized process.
Think of your Coach as a personal trainer -- someone who will be supportive,
caring and effective -- someone with whom you can work hand-in-hand to
define, develop and design a life plan in advance. The coach and client
function as partners on a client-centered team. Coaching guides the client
to discover specific values and skills that are important to the client
and leads to the joint creation of an Action Plan. This Action Plan is
broken down into small steps that the client takes to manifest their life
vision into reality.
Life Strategy Coaching sessions consist
of one 30-minute phone call each week. Because needs and preferences vary,
there may be some flexibility in the length of time for sessions. One
of the benefits of this type of support is that the client never has to
leave the comfort or privacy of their home or office to embark on this
supportive and exciting journey.
